Congress Leaders Felicitates Indian Blind Cricket Coach

February 18th 2017: The who's who of Marathahalli and surrounding areas congress leaders felicitated the very versatile & spontaneous Lt. Patrick Rajkumar, the coach of three times World Cup winning Indian blind cricket team @ his residence in chinnappanahalli . Speaking on the occasion they acknowledged that it was their pride and privilege that such a coach is residing in our midst. They also promised all kinds of help to the Indian blind cricket in the near future. The coach has thanked them for such a good gesture from the leaders for their whole hearted appreciation and recognition.

Patrick is a Gold Medallist and a Professor with 19 years of teaching experience in reputed private, professional and Government Colleges. He is a trained speaker and an educator who has presented papers at national and international forums, with representation in Boards of educational agencies at both State and National level; an award winning Coach of India’s Blind Cricket Team, the winners of T20 World Cup; a life skills coach and Counsellor, and social activist. As a socially concerned citizen, he is an active Member of a local area development group called “Chinnapanahalli Rising”, Bangalore which is in the heart of the city’s IT corridor. He also trains and supports a youth group, “Catalyst” and coordinates its activities in Bangalore. He has also donated blood to the needy several  times. Apart from these, he is also an avid Gardener and very passionate about counselling people. His experience as a trained speaker at national and international forums, educator, trainer, life skills and sports coach, has proved to be useful to be a Counsellor where he can make a real and visible difference to people who are confused about life and in need of some practical advice.
