Axis Bank inaugurates new branch in Koramangala, Bengaluru

Bengaluru, January 6, 2016: Axis Bank, India’s third largest private sector bank today opened a new branch at 6th Block Koramangala, Bengaluru. The new branch was inaugurated by Mr. Rakesh Singh - MD, Karnataka Milk Federation & Principle Secretary of Major Irrigation, Government of Karnataka in the presence of Mr. V. Srinivasan - Deputy Managing Director, Axis Bank and Mr. B Sadashiva Mallya, Circle Head, Bengaluru.

Axis Bankwill leverage the branch to reach out to customers and empower them with digitalofferings and facilitate services through Axis Pay, Axis Mobile applicationetc. It will consistently educate and encourage the customers to make more useof digital mode of payments for their daily transactions. On digital paymentsolutions, Axis bank is offering the desired infrastructure across India toconduct cashless transactions. Bank’s QR based scanning solutions has been agreat digital platform for small ticket vendors to conduct cashlesstransactions.
